150年的历史一处独栋住宅，以全新的姿态，展现出田园和艺术兼具的美感！

这是位于马略卡岛北部的一处独栋住宅，建筑拥有超过150年的历史，而在四年前，它却是一副封闭，杂乱的形象，直到被设计工作室Rahe + Rahe发现，并联合来自SMXL事务所的Jaume Alomar，以及 Lf91Project Managment 共同完成改造，以全新的姿态，展现出田园和艺术兼具的美感。

在改造的过程中，老建筑的一些旧有元素被保存了下来，设计师们认为恰当的复古与时尚的单品能够搭配出独特的韵味。大理石镶嵌着的拱门彰显出原先建筑的大气之感，纹路丰富的地毯，舒适的沙发，棕色皮革座椅，简洁的茶几，一些具有现代感的家具营造出温暖柔和的居家氛围，小面积的亮色点缀，质感的艺术品摆设，让气氛温暖且融洽。http://pic2.hualongxiang.com/attachment/photo/Mon_1612/366671_148211573311515294.jpg

一堵半封闭的隔墙划分出餐厅区域，柔软的素色地毯，线条柔和的餐桌椅，悬挂着的黑色吊灯，天井处的绿意与良好的光线通过玻璃移门穿透进来，刻意选用白色的遮光帘，带来惬意又浪漫的就餐氛围，拱形的餐边柜是利用回收的木料制作而成，略显斑驳的表面散发出时间沉淀的美感。
